Back in the office after vacation, and while I’d love to still be on break, it feels good to get back into the groove!

Managed a quick 25-minute workout at the office gym, feeling refreshed and energized. My favorite workout pants (from Amazon) made it even better!

Top tips:

•Get protein & fiber with each meal
•Move your body—short workouts can be extremely effective
•Eat foods you enjoy
•Spend time with loved ones
•Smile at yourself & focus on the good!

Today’s meals:

•Breakfast: Oikos Greek yogurt (protein), berries (fiber), Catalina Crunch (protein & fiber)
•Lunch: Leftover tuna tartare (protein) over an Asian salad with edamame (fiber & protein), cucumbers (fiber), mandarin oranges (fiber)

How was your Monday?? Do you feel good? Did you get in some movement?

I worked out in an empty waiting room today while waiting for my son at an appt. I worked out in my jean shorts!! But hey do what you gotta do!!!!

I used my FASTer Way app to get in a great workout and made the time waiting work for me instead of sitting scrolling on my phone!!!!

If you’re like me, most days you don’t have extra time, you have to make the time!!

My reason right here for everything! ❤️

To all you busy Moms out there - The day I started taking care of myself was the day my kids started getting a better version of me! 💯

These two have a LOT of big energy to keep up with!!

I know the struggle, short on time, not enough hours in the day, work, school, housework, cleaning, the never-ending piles of laundry🙄!
When is there time for yourself?

I see you, because I am you and the answer is you have to make the time and I can help you!

I can teach you how to prioritize your nutrition and health! I will lay it out for you with my guidance and encouragement every day along the way!!

Here’s showing you what I ate today for a day

Hard boiled eggs, smoked salmon & crispbread crackers

Leftovers: air frier chicken thighs and Caesar salad and roasted chick peas

Taco salad with an air fried a low carb mission tortilla to make high fiber “chips”

Low carb chocolate PB chip protein “ice cream” (I got the Ninja Kitchen ce cream maker and I’m obsessed)
1/2 c cottage cheese
1/2 scoop chocolate FW protein powder
I tbsp cocoa powder
With 2 tbsp peanut butter and 1 tbsp melted chocolate chips
Topped w reddi whip!

And I got in an awesome 25 minute HIIT workout from my office using strength bands!

Tuesday Tip for reaching your health & nutrition & fat loss goals while living a balanced lifestyle:

Use Buffalo sauce instead of salad dressing when ordering from a fast food restaurant
(and at home too, my fav for at home is )

Buffalo sauce has very little macros/calories. I did this yesterday at bc I wanted to save my macros for a mini blizzard, and I enjoyed it guilt free!

When my girl picks out a new workout outfit and wants to spend time with me while I’m getting in my workout. Her: Mom, look at my muscles
Me: Look how strong and healthy you are! 😍

This is why we need to be healthy and strong, and model eating well, daily movement and a balanced lifestyle!

The next generation is watching and I don’t want our girls thinking they need to be on diets and spend hours of their lives on cardio machines chasing a body society says should look a certain way.

Be the healthiest fittest version of YOU and you’ll be so much happier than chasing something else. And when your daughter looks at you she’ll see the happiness and confidence and that’s what we want for them to be, isn’t it?

Here for you if you need help with this mindset, what to eat to feel your best, and at home workouts you can do while the kids are around. They might even jump in and join you! 😍😍😍

Here’s a great way to use your Girl Scout cookies while staying on track with your nutrition goals!!
Mom and daughter protein fruit bowls. 💕
Mine is cottage cheese & mixed berries.
Hers is Greek yogurt, dragon fruit, honey and blueberries.
Both topped with lemon up Girl Scout cookies. These have become my new favorite flavor and I love the message on each cookie.

This snack is packed with protein and healthy carbs and fiber from the fruit and properly balanced with the fun addition of the cookie!

It’s all about the balance and 80/20 rule, and my girl is learning that we eat well for enjoyment and to fuel our bodies!

What I eat in a day as a nutrition, fat loss and macro coach who practices what I preach!
I teach and follow strategies for optimal nutrition while living a life of balance! Here's a day of tracking macros, while following intermittent fasting and eating a healthy balance of protein, carbs and fat and tracking macros.

12:30p Carrot cake protein oats
3:30p Leftover bowl: sweet potato, pulled pork and picketed jalapeĂąos
7p Sweet potato turkey nachos
9:30p Greek yogurt bowl w frozen blueberries, a banana, topped with crushed crispy coconut rolls and a tbsp of sea salt honey

Love when the macros fall so nicely into place. I had to really pump up the yogurt bowl full of ingredients to get me there!

Didn't drink enough water, but got in my workout even though I wasn't feeling motivated. Always glad after I get it in!!

Note macros will vary by person based on individual goals.

I'm currently in maintenance, however I would eat the same things if I was in a fat loss phase, I would just adjust my portions ☺️
