✨Welcome to our teaching staff! We are thrilled to have Andi join are already amazing group of teachers. With her ERYT-500 she brings a wealth of yoga knowledge & methodologies that we cannot wait for her to share with our community.

Andi has devoted the better half of nearly two decades to practicing, studying and teaching yoga. She is best known for her concise teaching style, creative and methodical sequencing, humor and relatable messaging. And holds a deep reverence for the roots of yoga and believes the most spiritual thing you can do is to be in your truth.

Join Andi tomorrow (8/29) 5:15am for an early morning hot vinyasa flow. Andi will take a regular slot starting Thursday, September 11th at 8:30am with a Vinyasa flow.

✨Bent Yoga Overnight Retreat was a huge success & a joy to plan & organize.• Registration & Commitment was beyond imaginable• Friendships & Community were deepened• We laughed, we cried, we listened, we shared, we lifted each other up!This beautiful AirBnB nestled just an hour away served as an amazing opportunity to check out of our lives briefly. Taking the time to connect with nature, ourselves and each other. We meditated in nature, we captured some of our planets aligned, we may have told a lie! (All in good fun) We feasted on great food. Shout out to and . We made some yummy overnight oats with all our favorite toppings. Not to mention YOGA! Gentle, Restorative, Nidra, Morning Slow Flow and some yin🤍🤍🤍🙏🏻I’m already looking forward to our next trip! Thank you to all that attended and making it a weekend - we will not forget!❤️

At Bent Yoga this March 16th join us for a special restorative evening Sound Bath Immersion, and Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation led by Vibrational Sound Therapist, Energy Master, Shamanic Practitioner, Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance-Holistic Wellness Therapy. This session is an invitation to heal and to fill your heart center with loving kindness as we gather in gratitude to allow ourselves the space in which to release unwanted energies, and to still the body and mind inviting peace and healing. The tone resonance used is a unique and immersive experience enabling expanded states of consciousness through sound and vibration supported by the use of gong, specially tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan and Himalayan singing bowls, bell, chimes, tingsha, and shamanic drumming, along with a layer of spoken Sanskrit Mantras. You do not need to be experienced in meditation, and as a participant, you will be guided through this deeply relaxing, supportive, and balancing journey. A perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and give yourself some much needed self-care. All are welcome; Individuals, Couples, and small groups. This is not a yoga practice. However, you will want to dress in loose comfortable clothing.

Cost: $40.00 per person
