You know, or maybe 🤔 you don’t, that dryer sheets have a $*!+ TON of chemicals?! And because your skin is porous 🧽.. it is covered by clothes (mostly) all day and night and those chemicals rub on it continuously.

Easy swap:
▪️wool dryer balls (2-4 depending on the size of the load)
▪️2-3 drops of your favorite dōTERRA oil
▪️ Toss ‘em in, and Ta-Da!

This afternoon was suuuper windy 🌬 blowing in all kinds of dirt, sand, dry sage, and our neighbors arena dust (my sinus’s personal favorite 😐) equalling almost instantaneous stuffy + sinus headache.
