Day 5 brings us 2 staples: Buy DigestZen, Get Peppermint!

DigestZen is my go-to for all things digestion. Breathe right from the bottle for nausea or motion sickness, apply to your stomach or add a drop to water for bloating, gas, heartburn, upset stomach, etc...

Diffuse Peppermint to boost energy and focus, add a drop to water to soothe an upset stomach, or use it topically to relieve a headache or neck tension.

Day 4 brings us three oils! Buy Neroli Touch, Get Spearmint AND Lime!

Neroli is one of my favorites to soothe the skin and reduce anxious feelings.

Spearmint has an uplifting aroma (I love diffusing it with Tangerine!). It is also excellent for soothing an upset stomach and promoting energy and focus. Anywhere you would use Peppermint, you can use Spearmint.

Lime is a favorite for recipes (guacamole and yummy drinks!) and the diffuser.

Purify soothes bug bites, eliminates odors (think stinky shoes and laundry!), and cleans surfaces.

Citronella is well known for repelling bugs but can also be used to clean surfaces and clarify your skin and hair.
PRO TIP- Add a drop or two of Citronella to your shampoo after being in chlorine. Strips that right out!

Need some coughing relief?! This one’s a game-changer! I should know. 😏 I had this annoying tickle that would turn into a coughing attack. Started using this combo and have barely coughed since! 🙌

Do you ever do weird things and think nothing of it?! 🙂

So this is how I add my Yarrow | Pom oil to my face lotion. I make it into a smiley face every.single.time. I mean, why not?! It usually makes me…well, smile! 😀

This morning as I did it yet again, I stopped (and snapped this picture while I was at it 😉) and thought, HELLO POSITIVITY!

I just started diving back into my strengths and Positivity is one of my top 5. Ya think?! 😆

Anyone else make a smiley face out of their Yarrow | Pom?! If not, you should give it a try- I think it just might brighten your day!

Fun fact. On my recent doTERRA trip out to Phoenix, I stayed in a hotel with 3 other oily ladies.

We brought ALL the oils but not a one of us brought a diffuser! 🤣😅 We all just assumed someone would bring one and we typically end up with more than we need. WHOOPS! 🙃

Happy to be back home with my diffuser on my night stand! Which calming oil do you prefer, Lavender or Serenity?! Tell me “this” for Lavender or “that” for Serenity!
