Fear and anxiety are easy emotions for me to get caught up in my thoughts and let the worst of my mind get to me. I'm not where I want to be, but I'm so proud of how far I've come in pushing through those emotions to use it as fuel to better myself and hopefully make as much of a positive difference in those around me. .
Create those manifestations, mantras, visions, and goals, and belief in YOURSELF. One day at a time, and see those manifestations come to life! .

3 Tips for Making a Resolution that Sticks: .
1) PLAN PLAN PLAN
Those who see consistent progress knows meal-prepping all too well. This ALSO goes for planning your workouts. Play around with different times of the day or move from a gym to your house or outside. .
2) Figure out what's stopping you
Is it time? Your own motivation? Thinking eating healthier is just "too expensive"? Find a way to get around these barriers.
3) Be nice to yourself.
You will likely cheat a little more than you want to, or skip a sweat session here and there. THAT'S OK! What matters is overall consistency and the realization that you are HUMAN. What might work for your friend, might not work for you. The goal is to find out what DOES work for you...

Make a resolution to LIVE healthy. Learn how you can still enjoy all of your foods, while still being lean and fit. Learn how you don’t have to spend hours a week doing cardio to fit into “those” jeans.

I’m reflecting on this past year and reminding myself of not only what I’ve accomplished, but also opportunities to grow personally and professionally.

It really has been a fantastic year. 2016 was probably my hardest year I’ve gone through, but I feel like it makes me appreciate 2017 even more.

I believe it’s important to listen to what your life, is trying to teach you - without comparing yourself to others.

I’m working on some exciting things for 2018! I can’t wait to share them with you all!

Here is your friendly reminder that Saturday and Sunday are still days of the week – what you eat and what you do still matter on Monday morning. Weekends are an easy time to have a few more sweets, a few more bites, and a lot less activity. With that being said….
Are you one of those people who feel guilty after you over-indulge? 🚫🤚STTTOOOOPPP!🤚🚫 Get back on track the next day and enjoy those treats – after all, you’ve already eaten and enjoyed them!
Don’t use this as an excuse to eat all of the foods – you don’t want to hinder your hard earned results from the week. Remember: life is about balance! There is nothing wrong with a cheese burger or chocolate cake – everything in moderation. 😉
Working out should never be punishment for over-indulging. You don’t have to run an extra 5 miles to work off that piece of pizza. One cheat meal won’t ruin your results – lack of consistency most definitely will.
Eat the cake.🎂 Eat the salad. 🥗Do a burpee. 💪Live life! 🙌🙌
