Here's a secret that Qigong practitioners have known for centuries: When your bio-battery runs low, you have the power to recharge. By moving and channeling Qi, the life force vibrating through you and into the universe, you have infinite potential to purge sluggish energy.

You know those days when you're running on empty?

When no matter how hard you try to think your way out of a fog, you're bogged down with stagnant energy?

Imagine now, instead of feeling like you're weighted down with a 50-lb. backpack, you're channeling Qi through the activation centers in your body. Using a combination of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, you're tonifying your organs and shoring up your immune system. You're cultivating limitless Qi, and by doing so, increasing vitality, processing difficult emotions, and opening a portal for profound insights.

Join us today, March 14–18, 2022 for the free online Qigong Global Summit.

The free online Qigong Global Summit is your opportunity to energize your Qigong practice under the guidance of masters and pioneers from around the world.

Don't miss the presentation of Dr. Jahnke tomorrow, March 15 at 1pm Eastern time for "The Breath is Qigong's Power Engine."

He reveals how it became clear to him that the breath is the engine of Qigong. You'll also gain insights on how breath is the essence of activating not only the Qi, but also functions of each of the Three Treasures (mind-body-spirit), the foundation of Qigong.

Nice article about how tai chi, or taijiquan, cultivates qi. A guide to understanding why we practice mindful walking and slow, simple movements in tai chi and qigong.

In China Taijiquan is now considered a Qi Gong as well as a highly respected martial art. Qi Gong, however, is not considered a martial art. Though there are many Qi Gongs that have been devised to support the characteristic fighting skills of the many martial arts of China, they do not generally co...

"Wisdom of the Elders : Wild Rose
Several types of wild, native roses grow throughout the Pacific Northwest, and indigenous people know this gentle, flowering plant as a traditional food and medicine.

In the fall, rose hips are everywhere! These fruits are a and wonderful source of Vitamin C, which is important with cold and flu season coming upon us. If you are patient enough to wait until after the first frost, you will be rewarded with a sweeter fruit, because the sugars become more concentrated after the cold.

To prepare a rose hip tea, boil water and pour over whole, fresh* rose hips. Steep for at least 15 minutes and then strain through a coffee filter to remove any pulp or small, irritating hairs that come from the seeds. Sweeten with honey and enjoy!
*Alternatively, you can use dried rose hips"
