We are an Ambulatory Surgery Center established in 2001 to help serve the needs of our community. We provide care to patients of all ages.

South Alabama Outpatient Services will be closed on Thursday, January 23rd, due to winter weather road conditions. We will resume our regular business hours on Friday, January 24th. Your physician's office will reach out to reschedule if you have a surgical appointment scheduled with us.

In order to prioritize the safety of our patients and staff during the severe winter weather, our office will close at noon on Tuesday, January 21st, and will remain closed on Wednesday, January 22nd. We will reopen on Thursday, January 23rd, and resume our normal business hours. Stay safe and warm.
