Did you know drinking coffee while on blood pressure medication could interfere with its effectiveness? Here's why:

1️⃣ Caffeine Spikes Blood Pressure: Coffee temporarily raises blood pressure by stimulating your cardiovascular system. This counteracts the goal of your medication, making it harder to control your levels.

2️⃣ Delayed Absorption: Studies suggest caffeine can delay or reduce the absorption of certain blood pressure drugs, potentially diminishing their effects.

3️⃣ Extra Stress on Your Heart: Combining caffeine with medication can create unnecessary stress on your heart and blood vessels, especially if you're already at risk.

Coffee can deplete your Magnesium levels which are already challenged if you're taking BP medications. 👀🙄

Most folks are Magnesium deficient and it's a leading cause of blood pressure and. cardiovascular imbalances. Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium & Potassium are all challenged with caffeine sources like coffee and tea. These are the some of most critical minerals to your cardiovascular system.

6 Tbsp x Raw H**p Seeds/Hearts
(Soak Overnight In Water)
16 oz of Water
1 x Date
Pinch of Sea Salt
Handful of Ice

Optional: I add both😋
Cacao to taste
Vanilla to taste

Combine Ingredients Blend & Drink

This recipe is quick, simple, delicious, & not only hits a the profle of essential amino acids (EAA) but proper ratio of 3:1 with Omega 6 & 3 fars respectively.
