Aloha
Born and raised on Kauai, Hawaii. Raised by hardworking parents on a small family farm. Learned to have a grounded sense of place and true connection to the earth.
Now a husband to a beautiful wife, a father of two awesome boys, and a passionately successful chef. An artist at heart. A traveler, photographer, and bit of a granola. Helping others and working with non-profits are also important to Chef David.
Worked in some of the top restaurants of Miami / New York / Lima / Naples / etc. Including the Waldorf-Naples and The W South Beach. Stagaire under Dan Barber of Blue Hill Stone Barn Farms, Pedro Miguel Schiffiano of Malabar & amaZ, and several grandmothers & mothers of home kitchens. Now overseeing operations of Society, Ft. Myers.
