Bringing Wellness Everywhere

Nidia Diaz, a doctor of Oriental medicine, traveled for ten years through Asia and Europe in search of gurus who could teach her lesser-known methods of holistic health practice. Her medical knowledge as a physician began with practicing acupuncture and led her to learn the arts of the world’s oldest medical systems. She traveled and apprenticed with many masters of ancient healing arts, from the personal physician of the Dalai Lama to barefoot Indian yogis. She specializes in Medicinal Leech Therapy (MLT). MLT is an FDA approved therapy that only a handful of physicians outside of the E.R. In order to become a highly skilled and certified leech therapist, Nidia traveled to countries like Germany, Russia and Turkey in order to work with and learn from the leading practitioners of MLT. My Story

Nidia Diaz is a primary care physician trained as a doctor of Oriental medicine. She spent ten years in Asia and Europe searching for gurus who could teach her lesser-known methods of the practice. Her medical knowledge began with acupuncture which led to her intrigue with the world’s oldest medical systems and therapies. She traveled to over 25 foreign countries and apprenticed with masters of the healing arts such as the personal physician to the Dalai Lama.

Currently, she practices in Tampa Bay, Florida and specializes in Medicinal Leech Therapy, an FDA approved procedure that only a handful of physicians outside the ER practice in the United States. She gained certification and first-hand experience with leading practitioners in Germany, Russia and Turkey to become a highly skilled therapist. She also practices Acupuncture Injection Therapy and is a Microneedling Expert.
