All classes are conducted via Zoom in real time(🚫Not prerecorded).

Being the son of a bodybuilder & a family of athletes, staying active is almost like second nature. However, as an adult, I never wanted to be compared to my father(His name is Mitchell...Big Mitch to be exact😂). The more I fought NOT to walk in his footsteps, the more I was pulled into health & wellness.

Fast forward >>> After competing for a few years & turning pro as a natural bodybuilder, I gracefully walked away from competing. I felt my calling was beyond the stage. I began to pour large amounts of time into advocating overall wellness(Mental, Physical, Spiritual, Emotional, Financial ect). Why? I saw how much time competitors(myself included) dedicated to achieving a statuesque type physique, yet neglected other aspect of their lives.

So, whoever may take the time to read this, please take care of YOURSELF. Not just physically, but emotionally, financially, emotionally ect...

By the way...The pic on the left was my first & only bday party. My granny had it in her back yard. I was happy AF😂 LOOK AT MY FACE😂😂😂...
