Don't mind my form on the video but this was our 100 second challenge and made the video when we were done. So, after I did this for 100 seconds.
But holy cow, I felt that.

Body positivity post.
I've been back and forth with my body and how I feel about it lately, I've gained some weight but dude, I've been so active, I've been having fun with my kids again, I've been walking. All things for months. I couldn't do after I broke mt ankle. It feels amazing and I just wanna shout out to my body.
Yes, it might not be perfect or my ideal size I wanna be, but you know what? Whyyyyy should I care? My husband don't care, my kids don't care, my friends don't care. All they see is a happy, fun loving mama, wife and friend.
I'm back to fun happy, living my life Ashley (except when my ankle pain flares up)
This is my body, and there is nothing wrong with it.

I was losing weight after My surgery and now I think I'm gaining it back and Its so hard on me mentally but I'm trying to take a daily picture of myself in hopes it'll help me love me more l.

And i actually wore normal clothes today, (first couple pics) not Joe's shorts or Joe's pajama pants.
