In 1991, Grady graduated from Darby Massage School in Hot Springs, Arkansas and since has gained experience in Sports Massage, Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure, Active Release Technique (ART), Hydrotherapy, Reflexology, Cranial-Sacral, Range of Motion, Body Mobilization, Hot Stone, Bamboo Massage, and specialized facial massage techniques.
