Helping people heal, staying professional… and still finding time to laugh, move, and have a little fun in between. Because good care starts with a great team and good energy.

Would you survive a day at our adult job?

Ulnar nerve palsy doesn’t just cause numbness — it can impact how your hand moves, grips, and functions day to day 🤚⚡ Tasks that once felt simple can quickly become frustrating.

Splinting helps support the hand in a more functional position, protects weakened muscles, and encourages better movement patterns during daily activities 🦾🩺 It’s one of the tools we use to help patients regain confidence and function.

Recovery looks different for everyone, but you don’t have to navigate it alone 💙

Let’s help get your function back. 💪

I tried this stretch and my forearm felt instantly better ✨💪

Wrist Flexor Stretch:
• Extend one arm in front, palm up.
• Gently pull fingers down and back with the other hand.
• Keep elbow straight and shoulders relaxed.

A few minutes a day can ease tension and improve wrist movement. Give it a try and feel the difference 👀

Rehab works best when it looks like real life 🛠

That’s why we use the BTE Simulator. It helps train strength through the same movements you use at work and at home, adjusts resistance as you move, allows safe loading without stressing the joint, tracks progress with real data, and bridges clinic exercises to everyday function.

Because getting stronger should feel practical and purposeful.

Have you trained on the BTE before?

Think your grip is just about holding things? Think again. Your grip strength says a lot about your overall upper body health and daily function.

Here’s why it matters:
1️⃣ Reflects your wrist, forearm, and shoulder strength
2️⃣ Predicts how well you handle everyday tasks like carrying groceries or opening jars
3️⃣ Reduces strain on wrists and elbows by sharing the load properly
4️⃣ Boosts performance in sports and fitness activities
5️⃣ Links to long-term health and independence as you age

Want stronger, more reliable hands? Start with simple exercises and see the difference!

Dry needling can make a big difference before and during hand rehab💙

By calming overactive muscles and improving blood flow, dry needling helps your fingers and wrists move with less resistance and less pain. That means exercises feel safer, smoother, and more effective.

Ever tried dry needling before? Let us know in the comments👇
