How can you tell if you might have TMJ?
TMJ issues don’t always start in the jaw—they can show up as headaches, neck pain, or even ear symptoms.
Common signs include:
• Pain or difficulty while chewing
• Popping or cracking when opening or closing your jaw
• Headaches or facial muscle pain
• Neck, shoulder, or tooth pain
• Jaw locking or stiffness
• Facial muscle overuse or tightness
• Ringing in the ears or dizziness
If these symptoms sound familiar, your jaw may be under more stress than you realize. The good news? TMJ is often treatable with conservative, non-invasive care.
