As you are aware, per the CDC’s and Governor Baker’s new mask wearing guidelines fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear masks in many settings beginning May 29. However, please note that these changes do not apply to healthcare settings. Patients, staff and visitors to our practice are still required to wear a face covering until further notice. In case you may be wondering if the recent restrictions announced by Gov. Baker affected our practice, we want to assure you that we are still open and seeing patients for all procedures.

We continue to maintain all recommended standards regarding safety of our patients and staff. Please visit our website for the list of protocols that we've implemented and to read about what we may ask of you before you come in.

Our office is maintaining high sterilization and disinfection standards to continue creating a safe environment during your appointments. Proper PPE is worn at all times, our air purifiers are on all day to filter the air, operatories and instruments are cleaned and sterilized as specified by OSHA and CDC. We do daily employee screenings and temperature checks as well.

Upon your arrival at the office we will take your temperature and ask you to answer some COVID - 19 screening questions. If you're not feeling well, have been exposed to someone COVID - positive, have recently tested positive or are awaiting your COVID test results, please call us to reschedule your appointment. Please also be mindful of the current travel restrictions and quarantine requirements.

With that being said, we encourage you to keep your dental appointments as your oral health is an important part of your overall health.

Please be mindful of the new travel order - if you or a member of your household traveled to any area outside of the currently listed “safe states” (see below), please postpone your dental visit for at least 14 days after your/their return. We’ll also apply that rule if you have out of state guests that may be visiting you. We apologize for any inconvenience, however the safety of our team and patients is our top priority. As you know safety has always been a priority in our office. Due to the growing number of COVID-19 positive cases in some states we are asking that if you or a member of your household traveled to the high risk areas that you let us know and postpone your visit for two weeks after your/their return to MA to make sure you/they are symptom free.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we’re all doing our best to stop the spread of the virus.

Safety has always been a priority in our office and we’re so glad that dental offices received a seal of approval during these challenging times! We are following all current protocols issued by the CDC and local authorities in order to keep our patients both safe and comfortable. The time to re-open our office has finally arrived!

Barring any unforeseen change in state guidelines, we will re-open for hygiene appointments and other non-emergency visits on Tuesday, June 16th.

IMPORTANT! Please read through to the end of this message!

We will be reaching out to you within the next couple of weeks to reschedule appointments from mid-March to mid-June that we had to cancel.

If you'd like to reschedule your appointment online, feel free to do so, however please choose the correct "Appointment Type" from the drop-down menu. This is important as it will give you availability of appointments with the correct provider (dr. Pronczuk or our Hygienists).

Dear Patients!
We are all eager to get back to work and start seeing you all again for your hygiene and other non emergency appointments, however per Gov. Baker's Phase 1 reopening guidelines released yesterday, we are still not able to do that. For 3 weeks starting 5/25 (which will bring us to 6/15), we are only allowed to see patients with dental emergencies, as well as those in the middle of treatment, that could become an emergency if postponed. That includes (but is not limited to):
- patients with unfinished crowns
- patients who recently had Root Canal Treatments
- patients with any temporary restorations
- patients with lost fillings and/or untreated cavities that may be asymptomatic now but may turn into emergencies if treatment is postponed
Those are only some of the potential emergencies. As always, we're available by phone and email and if you have any concerns about your dental health, please reach out.
We are hoping to see you all mid-June. We'll keep you posted as new information is available to us. Please continue to ignore appointment reminders for any appointments that you had scheduled till June 13th - we'll be reaching out personally to reschedule your dental visits.
