Here’s a little behind-the-scenes share: I didn’t actually learn I had ADHD until my 30s. Looking back, so much made sense and now I’ve found a few simple hacks that really help me stay focused throughout the day.

Two of my favorites? 🎶 Listening to music and chewing gum. What’s even cooler is finding a gum brand that’s actually plastic-free (yes, many gums, even “clean” ones, are made with plastic!). This one is a healthier swap and makes me feel good about what I’m chewing.
