Today I attended the incredible meet up at The London in West Hollywood. It was such an amazing experience! The inspiring speakers from organizations like Backline, The Kids Mental Health Foundation, Active Minds, David Lynch Foundation and The Angel Food Network provided valuable insights into mental health support within the entertainment industry (their families) and children.
I was also thrilled to see MPTF(Motion Picture & Television Fund) offering resources to the creative artists both in front of and behind the camera. If you work in the industry and need some help during this time or if you have children in need of mental health assistance reach out to me. I have the phone numbers and information to pass along to you 🤗
**I also learned about an app that provides recourses for children ages 13-25 who are giving FREE mental health services. The app is called SOLUNA
In times like these, so many of us are in need of mental health support and there is no shame in asking for help. Tonight It was so good to discover that there are many amazing resources available.

So grateful to spend the day with my girls and Evan today. I learned at a young age that my grandmother was a psychic. I used to watch her do Automatic Writing and hear stories about how she worked for the police department to help find missing children. Automatic Writing was (and still is) a phenomenon. So rare that UCLA did a study on my Grandmother. I was fascinated by the work she did and soon began to get the feeling that I have the same abilities. I was a teenager when I tried writing for the first time. It scared me that I could actually do it! After that, I’d notice buzzing feelings in my head all the time. It meant that spirit was calling. Over the last 2 1/2 decades, I practiced my skills on myself. I studied and wrote all the time. My writing helped me get through a dark period in my life along with psychotherapy & Homeopathy. After seven years of healing work, I came to my fortieth birthday. They say that’s when life gets good because you’re able to be your authentic self; fully free to be who you are. Yes, that is what happened to me. I was in a good place emotionally and felt strongly about helping others.
I got a phone call from someone who asked me to write for them because she’d recently lost her mother who had taken her own life. I hesitated at first but ended up giving it a try. The read was shocking, emotional and life-changing for both of us. Everything was completely accurate. The client received messages from her mom that helped her to let go of her guilt and deep sadness. She began her healing journey. To my surprise, I was able to help someone; to make a difference in such a positive way! I then had my “A-ha” moment. “This is what I am supposed to do. This is why I’ve been given the gift. This why I went through my own struggles. I can help others!”
Since then, I have worked with myriads of clients. This work is fulfilling as I get to witness positive change in those who come to me and fulfills me because I continue to learn and grow. My sessions are very unique because I am able to bring my own life experience on an emotional level as well as receive messages on a spiritual level from your loved ones, (your guidance system). The two are married together make for a very special, soul healing experience. I have come full circle and am so grateful and humbled by it.
