I have always worked out…walking🏃🏻‍♀️, hiking🧗🏽‍♀️, weights🏋🏽‍♀️, HITT, yoga🧘🏻‍♀️, something🚴🏽‍♀️.

In the last several years I noticed that I was not as toned as I used to be. I got a trainer last year which was amazing but still no results.
