The Bear has been walking with me this week... 🐾✨
As I prepare to guide this Friday’s Spirit Animal Workshop, I’ve been deeply sensing the powerful presence of Bear energy. Grounded. Wise. Protective.

In its embrace, I was called to paint. For me, painting is more than art—it’s a sacred act of connection. It helps me root into the Earth, quiet the noise, and truly listen to the spirit that’s speaking.

This Friday, we’ll be doing just that.
Through guided meditation, we’ll meet our spirit animal, then express their essence through intuitive painting. No art experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore the messages waiting to be revealed.

Stop by and see us at the Vintage Vixen Market, today 10:00-4:00 at the Filer Fairgrounds. We would love to see you ❤️. There are over 3 buildings filled with various vendors and small business owners. It's a fun filled event with lots to do and see. We are in the last building.

Something magical happened yesterday. I sat down to make a beaded sun catcher, just going with the flow—and without realizing it, I was channeling hummingbird energy. The piece turned out stunning, and I instantly felt like it was meant for someone deeply connected to their spirit team. Then the synchronicities started: hummingbirds everywhere—on social media, in a book my daughter brought home, even in a random painting at the store. This morning? First post I saw: hummingbirds again. I knew the universe was nudging me to dig deeper. And guess what? The symbolism hit hard—especially since I just started therapy this week.

Thank you to everyone that came to our class last night. You are all very creative and made beautiful bracelets. The kids were extremely fast at making their bracelets and ended up extras to hand out to their teachers for Christmas gifts.
