Aloha, I’m Dr. Anya Vierra!

I have my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach that specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation and recovery.

My goal is to empower women to return to life and exercise without urinary leakage, bowel leakage, urinary retention, urinary urgency, bowel issues, pelvic pain, or prolapse.

Living with pelvic floor dysfunction can be scary and embarrassing, but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with individuals in person on Maui and online for those located outside of Maui. Let me help you rid yourself of worry, embarrassment, and fear of your pelvic floor issues in order to meet your physical and personal goals.
