Some days are harder than others. Some memories never fade. Why is it so hard to be honest. Why do we feel we can’t show up vulnerable and truly feel the hurt we are experiencing? Allowing myself to show up and feel the hurt, the pain, the dreams that died, the future I believed I would have, is so damn hard. I want to be ok.
