Our walk team had a blast at the Eversource Walk on Sunday!! 👟☀️Thank you to everyone who joined our team and all those who donated. With your help, we have raised over $21,000 which will go directly to our transplant patients and families. 💚💙

This November, Erin will be celebrating 29 years with her original transplanted heart from Boston Children’s Hospital! At just 18 months old, she received her transplant on Nov. 2, 1996, changing her life forever.🫀

Because of her donor, she’s been able to graduate from college, get married, become a mom, and make memories with her amazing kids. 🫶 When you choose to be an organ donor, you’re helping a child have a chance at becoming a healthy adult, just like Erin.
