It is a sunny and gorgeous day here in Austin, TX.
My lower self said, “it’s beautiful but not quite warm enough.”
My higher self said, “it is beautiful and I am grateful.”

Learning a lot about the art of gratitude of late. The twists, turns and pitfalls of where I feel unfulfilled and therefore feel lack. The ways in which I will often focus on what is not there, rather than what is. And how that feeds my entire cycle of abundance and joy.

So, what is MAGICK?

By definition, magick with a “k” means to create something out of nothing or to turn something into something else. Most often you may think of spells. Candles. Smudges. Salts. And yes, these things are absolutely a manifestation of magick here in the physical.

However, I’ll let you in on a little secret. The true magick? It’s you.

The alchemical process of transformation. The intention setting. The healing. The prayer. The ritual. The ceremony.

The choice.

That’s the magick.
And that is you.

Today, I was having a conversation with someone dear to me. He mentioned how he didn’t know how to cook a specific dish that I was hoping for. So I said that I would try it out myself and experiment! His response was reflecting how much he admired that. “Instead of getting sad, you just said ‘I’m going to do it!’”
This. This is magick!
You don’t know? Try.
You haven’t ever done it before? Do it!

This is something I have learned so deeply during my time on this ancient path of progression. The key to my life and those things that I wish to create and manifest?
It’s me. It’s always been me. It will always be me.

Therefore, the key to the change in your life?
It’s you.
