💪 Healthy Athletes = Stronger Communities
Last week at Dick’s House of Sport, the Chasing M’s Foundation, Damar Hamlin, and Limitless PTS teamed up for a powerful workshop all about what it truly means to be a healthy athlete.
From learning life-saving CPR skills to practicing mobility, recovery, and injury-prevention drills, athletes of all ages walked away stronger, safer, and ready to step outside their limits.
Big thanks to Damar Hamlin and the Chasing M’s Foundation for inspiring all of us with the message that performance and preparation go hand-in-hand — and that anyone can make a difference by knowing CPR.

🚨🏒 Meet Luke — competitive hockey player, volunteer firefighter, and a guy with big goals both on and off the ice.
When he first came to Limitless, low back pain, hip mobility issues, and joint problems were keeping him from the activities he loved most.

Since teaming up with Dr. Rachel Coombs, DPT, Luke has been:
✅ Building strength & mobility to perform at his best
✅ Gaining confidence in his movement & abilities
✅ Using our online tools to stay consistent between visits

This past weekend, our team didn’t just show up to the BrickYard CrossFit Games—they stepped outside the Limits and left it all on the floor.

From heavy lifts to grueling endurance grinds, and a duo/team jump rope challenge, every event was a chance to push further, test boundaries, and prove what’s possible when you refuse to hold back.

👏 Proud of our crew for showing the same grit, drive, and teamwork in competition that they bring every day. Here’s to living Limitless—inside the gym, on the floor, and beyond.
