Linda MacLean is the recipient of this year’s Rising Star Runner-Up Award in our Peer Recognition Program.

Reflecting on the award, Linda shared:

"From the moment I joined the Infection Prevention and Control team, Norma and Kim, and John made me feel valued and supported. Norma’s leadership helped me move into my role and provided the growth and support I needed to be successful. Even though we’re a small team, we work closely together to make a meaningful impact.

What I appreciate most is our shared commitment to promoting excellent IPAC practices across the health Centre, always through a patient-centred lens that reflects the diversity of the people we serve. The strong sense of teamwork, mutual support, and shared dedication makes me feel very fortunate to be able to work with such a wonderful team”
