Stinging nettle, a powerhouse of an herb. I love to recommend this herb to basically anyone. It's a wonderful whole food mineral supplement with so many benefits and ways to prepare it!
Nettle (Urtica dioica) has a wide range of potential health benefits, including:
1. **Nutrient-Rich**: High in vitamins A, C, K, and several B vitamins, as well as minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium and potassium.

3. **Allergy Relief**: May help alleviate symptoms of hay fever and seasonal allergies.
4. **Prostate Health**: Some studies suggest nettle root extract can help with symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
5. **Blood Sugar Control**: May help lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity.
6. **Blood Pressure Regulation**: Contains compounds that may help lower blood pressure.
7. **Skin Health**: Used in topical preparations to treat eczema, acne, and other skin conditions.
8. **Digestive Health**: Can aid in digestion and relieve constipation.
9. **Hair Health**: Promotes hair growth and can be used to treat dandruff when applied topically.
10. **Bone Health**: Rich in calcium and magnesium, which are essential for maintaining strong bones.
Enjoy as a tea, tincture, capsule, or in soups, pestos and more!
Growing this herb is also a breeze I just recommend it in a pot and invest in long gloves. Some enjoy the sting - I am not one of those people 😂😂
