Some food for thought heading into the new year.

This can be applied to stressing about:
-number on the scale
-other people’s actions/behaviors
-other people’s karma
-other people’s opinions

Believe it or not these are the number 1 things stressing you out. And therefore not helping your journey to weight loss. It creates a stress response in the body that keeps you on a sympathetic state. It consequently prevents you from burning fat.

What you can control are:
-foods you eat
-thoughts/mindset
-self speak
-living in the moment
-your attitude everyday

This year, instead of setting the same goals as years before, they something different. Try letting go of all the things you cannot control. It will have a domino affect on your life, for the better!
