Hello everyone and happy mid summer! I hope this finds you happy and well. I found out recently that another local CPR instructor has been telling my former clients that I no longer teach classes, that i retired and has been doing this for the past three years. I did retire from my full time job, but I have been teaching classes for years. Well I hate that he needed business that badly, especially since he charges so much, but I am definitely STILL teaching BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Life Support) PALS ( Pediatric Advanced Life Support) and Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED for public instruction. I have been an American Heart Association Instructor in good standing since 1984 and have no intention of quitting. I totally enjoy it! It’s not a money thing for me as it is for some. It means more to me to know that people are learning their skills CORRECTLY,  and continuing to renew.
