I came to THR to strengthen my left hip and reduce pain from bursitis. When I started, the exercises were difficult but became easier with ever session. The strength in my left hip is now similar to my right hip. Even though I graduated I will continue to use the exercises I learned at THR. Thank you.

I came to THR to help relieve pressure on my lower back and they helped set me up to allow for surgery. I then came back for post-op therapy and after one and a half months can return to work full duty. Thanks to you guys. You’re awesome.

I was diagnosed with DeQuervain’s in my right wrist and treated with a splint at nighttime and a steroid injection. Both treatments gave me some relief, but I was not 100%. Before considering surgery, I wanted to try physical therapy. I only needed 3 weeks of treatment and I had vast improvement. In strength, flexibility, and pain relief. THR has been an important part of my recovery and I am grateful. If you have a need for PT then check them out.

Gregg and Jason were very personable. I like the 1 on 1 with them. The staff overall were awesome. Came into PT barely able to move due to back pain. In a few visits I was able to get out of a chair without struggling.
