Slowing things down a bit for this leg day workout only using 1 plate. [SAVE + TAG A FRIEND 👯‍♀️]

I took an extra rest day yesterday, but that’s ok. The grind continues. I got up this morning, thanked God, and kept it moving.

Here’s what we’re not doing as 2021 winds down and 2022 creeps in:

❌Beating ourselves up if we need [extra] rest
❌ Complaining about things we CAN change
❌ Allowing others to define our journeys

What we are doing:
✅Granting ourselves grace
✅ Loving ourselves and our bodies, however they look
✅Taking care of self
✅Taking things day by day

How my Friday started 🤪

Tbh—

Working out has been a struggle for me lately cause… my job is a workout 😮‍💨 You don’t see me advertising my training services rn cause I’m busy training kiddos 🥰

While I love it, it’s harddd to workout after work so this week I’ve been trying to reset my schedule and get back to my early morning workouts.

I didn’t get it perfect every day, but I tried, and next week will be even better😆😆

Do what works for you, just don’t quit.

It’s been a longggg minute since I’ve used sliders🙃 It definitely wasn’t easy, but I enjoyed the challenge! I’m gonna need to use these more often.

A little bit of my workout from this morning!

Not gonna lie. The cramps got me yesterday morning. I slept in, but I felt bad about missing my morning workout so I was determined to really grind it out this morning.

I believe I did just that 😜
