Slowing things down a bit for this leg day workout only using 1 plate. [SAVE + TAG A FRIEND 👯♀️]
I took an extra rest day yesterday, but that’s ok. The grind continues. I got up this morning, thanked God, and kept it moving.
Here’s what we’re not doing as 2021 winds down and 2022 creeps in:
❌Beating ourselves up if we need [extra] rest
❌ Complaining about things we CAN change
❌ Allowing others to define our journeys
What we are doing:
✅Granting ourselves grace
✅ Loving ourselves and our bodies, however they look
✅Taking care of self
✅Taking things day by day
