Tomorrow we will be closer to the end of the year. Time to reflect and reset. What were your intentions on January 1st? What goals or dreams did you have? Is it time to change the course? Double down?

Summertime sadness is real. Many educators (and students) are just processing events from the school year. They didn't have time to grieve; they just kept going. And now its hitting them. Hard.
Summertime sadness also carries guilt; we should "be happy " since it sunny and warm. We "should" be having fun.
Permission to feel sad given. Let your mind slow dow. Tend to yourself ❤️

What we do

In Motion Counseling provides you with the tools to improve your emotional, physical and mental health. Services include individual therapy, walk and talk counseling and coaching. We also provide Mental Health First Aid Training and professional consulting surrounding the integrated model, trauma informed care and clinical case consultation and supervision.
