Days 48 to 52!
So close to day 60 and starting tomorrow I am going to start doing running sprint during my walks in preparation for starting to run a mile a day on day 60!
Not going to lie kinda nervous but excited to do the hard things and once again prove to myself that I can and will do the hard things. Nothing that determination and consistency canāt help me reach!
So many of you have reached out with your tips and tricks and if anyone would like me to share those please do not hesitate to let me know!
