It’s the last Monday of the year! Happy ! PauseNow sets up meditation stations in exam rooms at an Adult Medicine department at Highland Hospital during their “no clinic day.” They are usually too busy to walk to the bus that they made a special request for me to bring the PauseNow meditations to their clinic. @ Highland Hospital

Last stop on the Kaiser-PauseNow Meditation Bus Tour. Day 5 is at the main Vallejo Hospital. Many came out to do their farmers market shopping and 15 minute meditation.... a wonderful way to start the weekend.
