Build Your Foundation with Mobility and Strength

Nowadays, health and wellness seems to be at the forefront of everybody’s mind and the recent growth of the fitness industry seems to confirm this hypothesis.

We all want to be as healthy as possible and that often starts with hiring a personal trainer to help us shed a few pounds, gain a bit more muscle and teach us how to use those complicated machines.

Then after your contract is up, you continue training on your own until you tweak your low back. After allowing for the recovery, you return back to the gym to find that your hips feel tight with certain movements, therefore, you avoid those and focus on others. Then out of nowhere, you begin experiencing shoulder problems which not only send you to the doctor but have an impact on you getting your projects done at work.

This is life for most Americans going to the gym but it doesn’t have to be.
