There’s a difference between something feeling off… and something actually being wrong. I’m learning/practicing this in real time.

Sometimes it’s not about a person being dishonest or doing something behind your back.

Sometimes it’s just that something wasn’t handled the EXACT way you would’ve handled it & your mind tries to fill in the gaps.

And if you’re someone who values clarity, transparency, and emotional safety like me… those gaps can feel loud. 🫣

But I’m realizing: ā¬‡ļø

Not every feeling needs to become a question.
Not every question needs an answer.
Not every detail needs to be chased down for peace to exist.

Sometimes peace looks like:
- acknowledging ā€œthat felt a little incomplete to meā€
- without turning it into a full investigation
- allowing consistency over time to speak louder than one moment

I don’t need perfect delivery to feel secure.
I don’t need to close every loop instantly to feel safe.

I can observe.
I can feel.
I can choose not to react.

Because real trust isn’t built by knowing everything…

It’s built by not letting every possibility outweigh what’s consistently being shown to you.

Stay Soft.
Stay Steady.
Stay Anchored.

Peaceful Sunday ā˜€ļø

Sometimes love isn’t about agreeing… it’s about understanding…it’s okay to agree to disagree and moving on…

Two people can experience the exact same moment completely differently…one may not feel anything at all, while the other feels everything.

That doesn’t make either person wrong… it just means there’s something (an opportunity) to learn about each other.

It’s so important to create space where both partner’s perspectives can exist without dismissal bc two truths can exist at same time without making one right & other wrong….
.where both perspectives can exist without dismissal. Where both feelings aren’t treated like attacks, but understood as a need for connection, safety, or reassurance.

Where feelings aren’t seen as problems to fix, but as signals to pay attention to or opportunities to better understand inner world of partner.

I’m also learning that healthy boundaries matter in those moments; especially when emotions are high and words start getting twisted & lost in translation.

Love can look like: (bc I overstand this way isn’t for everybody)

- letting someone fully express themselves without interrupting or rewriting what they said

- asking for clarity instead of assuming the worst (accepting that once given vs creating own narrative)

- not turning someone’s feelings into accusations they didn’t make

- pausing the conversation if it starts to feel overwhelming instead of escalating it

Because sometimes the issue isn’t what is said… it’s what was heard.

Love, to me, looks like curiosity over defensiveness…

gentleness over proving a point…

and choosing ā€œlet me understand youā€ instead of ā€œthat’s not my issue…you deal with it.ā€

Instead it’s: how do WE deal with this?
How do WE handle this?
What ways can WE both feel safe.

Marriage-Relationships have always been a We, Us One energy—never you vs whatever/ whoever & me vs whatever/ whoever. 🚫

Still growing, still learning, still choosing love in a softer way. šŸ¤

Emotional maturity isn’t just about expressing yourself well.
It’s also about being willing to interpret others with generosity.

Healthy relationships require both directions of grace. āš“ļø

From Health Scare 🫣 to Healing Advocate šŸ§˜šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

Back in 2017, shortly after losing my grandma to breast cancer, I felt a lump in my chest the size of a tennis ball. That moment shook me—but it also sparked a commitment I’ve carried ever since: to live healthier, longer, and more consciously.

Before then, I was trying badly to conceive another baby with an ex from 2013-2015 & was doing & studying everything in the book regarding women’s health and wellness trying so bad to be healthy enough to have another bundle of joy—to no avail.

Through trial and error, lots of notes, trainings, webinars, I explored different ways of nourishing my body—vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian—learning firsthand that what we feed grows.

I’ve learned to balance discipline with freedom, knowing that sometimes, a girl just wants a piece of chicken without guilt. 🤭

Wellness has been part of my life since high school—basketball, track, color guard—and then stepping into early motherhood taught me responsibility in a whole new way: keeping a tiny human alive, healthy, and whole. Those lessons shaped my belief that health isn’t just physical—it’s holistic, inside and out.

Fast forward years later, after navigating two divorces, surviving and life shaking me in every direction, I’ve returned to my true passion: helping women feel whole again—mind, body, and soul.

With my Holistic Health Coaching Certification (Legacy Holistic Health Institute, NBHWC-recognized), my 200-hour YTT from Trap Yoga Massage & Studio, and years of lived experience, I’m bringing a nervous system-informed, body-centered approach to help women reconnect with themselves, reclaim their bodies, and honor their health.

This is why I do what I do: to help women feel anchored, empowered, and alive in their bodies again. āš“ļø

I used to think strength meant pushing through.
Now I know strength also looks like:

āš“ļø not reacting
āš“ļø not explaining myself
āš“ļø not chasing clarity
āš“ļø not forcing peace
