We did a thing, the girls and I just ran in our first ever 5k! It Felt great Embracing my running self!
It is so good to move the body in a different ways.
I’m still devoted to yoga and am enjoying adding new things to my flow.
Remember you can do hard things!

Prayers up for this little warrior. She has had so many angels and so much grace by her side during the past week.

Alder was in an ATV accident on Sunday, and we have been at Phoenix Children’s Hospital since late Sunday night.
One surgery down and another surgery planned Thursday hopefully just one more in the coming weeks after that.

She will be ok, thank God.
She will heal up quickly, thank God.
It will be a little bit of a journey.

So Prayers up for her quick and smooth recovery.
And prayers up for all the healing all around.

We are holding the vision of her starting her freshman year of high school in perfect health and being able to do all the things she loves.

She has the sweetest friends and community around her, so many angels praying for her and all involved. So many miracles.

Our hearts our filled with gratitude.

Accidents are traumatic and unexpected things and can have a way of shaking things into place.

I always trust the grace of God in the direction of our lives and the long game of the spirit.

So many prayers up - it could have been a lot worse. She is doing so good and will heal up.

So much gratitude for everyone that was involved in keeping her safe in this journey, friends and parents, emergency staff and medical professionals at our local hospital and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

While this practice is centered around supporting the prenatal women it is such a nourishing practice for all women.

Remember not everyone has to like you and they won’t.
You don’t have to like everyone and you won’t.
But you can love everyone.
Liking and loving are different.
Soul love is different.

When you live in love the truth
moves through you.
sometimes the truth is uncomfortable to hear but necessary to share.
The kindest people are the ones that will tell it straight up, “you have something on your face”kind of people.
Or, “you are behaving a little selfishly”
Kind of people
Seriously sometimes we need that
clear reflection.
That is love.

No shaming, blaming, gaming.
Just a clear and loving observation of what is and a cleaning of the mirror.
With so much love behind every statement and every action.

A remembrance that we are all connected.
The law of the jungle once ruled the land.
Only the strongest survive.
That is not heaven on earth.
That is not the paradigm I want to create.
That is not what Jesus was preaching.
Well let’s take his lead.
Christ consciousness is a vibe.

This was an off the cuff conversation with a friend.
As a projector in human design I have found that the best stuff comes through as I hold space for students friends and teachers.

I only loosely have an intention for classes as they are deeply collaborative expression of the now and so much wisdom happens there.

As a healer I never know what someone needs I simply let them reveal it to me.

As a friend I respond to your invitation.

Go inside the heart and
you will know the truth
Do not believe the majority or the minority
Listen to the heart
The answer is never in the other
It is never outside
The truth is inside
Everything is possible
Listen with the heart
Live by the heart
Do not be deceived
Discernment is crucial
Rest and have faith in the heart
Live In love
