Checking out at the grocery store, I was compelled for some reason to take a picture of my groceries. Didn't have the nerve to do it right there and then (not THAT self absorbed). But the thought did cross my mind; it may be a great way for some to measure up to personal goals. It could be used as a peer pressure moment to call out things that you would like to give up, things you would like to take on; it could be a catalyst to stop giving a damn what everybody the whole world over thinks. Regardless, it's not a half measure, and it's only effective if you're completely honest.
My rationale: I'm eating better (I hope), and I enjoy the colors of my groceries as much as I do the meals that are composed of them. Also, the exorbitant price per pound on those trail mixes gives me a mind to buy the stuff bulk and mix it myself.
