The Cowlitz Indian Tribe Community Garden and Youth Program invite you to learn about the bounty of the forest, while gathering plant medicines & wild food at beautiful Mt. St. Helens.
This event is open to all Cowlitz Tribal Members, clients who utilize CIT services, CIT staff, and their families. Lunch and limited carpooling will be provided.

Ticket priority is Cowlitz Youth-On sale now! General ticketing will open up March 9th. If your child is under 14 and wishes to attend, they must be accompanied by an adult. Please reserve tickets accordingly.

Sign ups are still open!
Prevent T2 is a yearlong, lifestyle program to help promote weight loss and healthier lifestyle patters for those who are pre-diabetic. Facilitated by Diabetes Educator- Kenny Hermansen, this cohort will be offered on Wednesday evenings, in-person. Open to CIT Members, clients, staff and their dependents who are pre-diabetic (A1C 5.7-6.4).
