Ai Chi is done in shoulder depth Water. The moves integrate balance, breath, coordination and core stabilization. It’s slow, calming, flowing progression is Ideal for both individuals with movement challenges, or chronic pain, as well as for athletes.

Aquatic Therapy

• Julia Meno, CTRS, ATRIC, CMT, is the founder/owner of Therapeutic Aquatics, LLC. and is an internationally known presenter and instructor on Aquatic Therapy and Wellness. She instructs group Ai Chi and Aquatic Back Fitness classes. She works from a place of grace with the water when she gives individual Myofascial Aquatic Body Work, AquaStretch™ or Therapeutic Sessions. She is the author of several instructional aquatic therapy technique manuals & DVD’s. She was the recipient of the ATRI International Tsunami Spirit Award (2006) & The Aquatic Therapy Professional Award (2014). She truly enjoys people and sharing her knowledge.
