We had an amazing time at this year’s Minnesota Association of Resources for Recovery and Chemical Health (MARRCH) Conference! Our Substance Use Disorder, Outreach, and Talent Acquisition teams showed up to connect, learn, and represent our mission of supporting recovery and mental wellness across Minnesota.

Conferences like MARRCH fill us with inspiration and motivate us to keep advancing our mission -- expanding access, breaking stigma, and strengthening support for those on the path to recovery.

Wellness is more than exercise or self-care... It’s a collection of small, intentional choices that support your mind, body, and spirit. 🌱

You don’t have to focus on all of them at once. Start where you are, and take one small step at a time.

💬 Which area of wellness do you want to start nurturing more?

🗓️ One of the most common questions people ask before starting therapy is: “How often will I need to come to therapy?”

The truth is: there’s no one-size-fits-all answer.

✨ For some, weekly sessions provide the consistency needed to build momentum and practice new skills.
✨ Others may benefit from bi-weekly or monthly check-ins, especially once they feel more stable.
✨ At times of crisis or major life change, more frequent support may be helpful.

Think of therapy as flexible... It adapts to your needs, your goals, and the pace of your healing. A good therapist will collaborate with you to decide what feels sustainable and effective, and you can always adjust along the way.

💬 The most important step isn’t how often you come, it’s taking that first step to begin.

The conversations you have with yourself shape how you see the world, and how you treat yourself within it. 💭

That quiet inner dialogue? It’s not background noise.
It’s your mind learning what feels safe, possible, and worthy.

If that voice has been harsh lately, try this:
✨ Pause before self-criticism.
✨ Rephrase “I should be doing more” to “I’m doing my best today.”
✨ Remind yourself: you’re not behind, you’re human.

Speak gently. You’re listening. 🌿

We're thrilled to announce that we are now Sagent Behavioral Health!

Our new name and brand brings together trusted brands like Ellie Mental Health, Nystrom & Associates, Psychiatric Associates, LifeWorks, Sandhill, and Vantage Point under one unified mission. With 84 locations across 5 states and over 1,600 clinicians, we're all united by our shared commitment to making mental health care more accessible and person-centered.

Our name, Sagent (SAY-GENT), combines "Sage" (wisdom) with "Agent" (agents of change) - because healing requires insight and action. Our flowing journey mark symbolizes the twists and turns we navigate together, because while your mental health journey may not be a straight line, we're with you to make sure that line is trending up. Our invitation is simple: Start here.

Your care continues exactly as it always has - same providers, same locations, same commitment to empowering you to be the best version of yourself. As we transition to Sagent, you'll start to see our new look, but our focus on you stays the same.

Many of us grew up in families where emotions weren’t openly talked about, where silence felt safer than vulnerability.

But silence can be heavy. And healing often begins when we give ourselves permission to break that pattern. 🔗

You may be the first in your family to name what hurts, to ask for help, or to seek therapy.
That’s powerful. That’s healing. 🙌

🌱 You’re not just rewriting your story. You’re changing what’s possible for the people who come after you.

Life moves in waves... Moments of calm, moments of change.
Some days expand, others retreat. Both are part of being human. 🌊

Progress, healing, and balance all come in waves.
The goal isn’t to control the tide. It’s to learn to breathe with it. 🌿
