Gainesville, Florida - The African American Accountability Alliance 4A's PAC held its State Constitutional Amendments and Local Ballot Initiatives Forum on Sunday, September 22nd at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Gainesville/Alachua County, Florida. Below is our Voter's Guide for the State Constitutional Amendments and Local Gainesville/Alachua County Ballot Initiatives:



State Constitutional Amendments:



Amendment 1:

Changes Nonpartisan School Board Elections To Partisan Elections.

VOTE NO!



Amendment 2: Establishes a State Constitutional Right to Hunt and Fish.

VOTE YES!



Amendment 3:

Legalize Personal Ma*****na Use for Adults 21 Years and Older.

VOTE YES!



Amendment 4: Constitutional Right to Abortion Before Fetal Viability.

VOTE YES!



Amendment 5:

Provide for an annual inflation adjustment for the value of homestead tax exemption.

VOTE NO!



Amendment 6 – Repeal a constitutional provision providing for public campaign financing to candidates.

VOTE NO!
