Here is an example using Greek Turkey Meatballs with different sides every night:

Meal #1: Greek meatballs with roasted zuchinni, summer squash, bell peppers and red onions with Greek Tzatziki yogurt sauce.

Meal #2: Greek meatballs with romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
