Yes—raw milk can make people sick in rare cases.
Understanding the risks is important, and families should be informed. But let’s be honest: this is a relatively small issue that should come down to personal choice.

Raw milk has both benefits and risks, like many foods we consume every day.

And yet the media goes into full-blown panic mode over a single outbreak affecting 20 people.

Meanwhile…
20 kids develop diabetes every single day.
1 in 3 children in the U.S. now has diabetes or prediabetes.

Not from raw milk.
Not from some obscure health trend.
But from a broken food system flooded with ultra-processed, sugar-loaded, nutrient-void junk—often subsidized or promoted by the very institutions meant to protect us.

Where are the headlines about that?
Where’s the media outrage over our failing food policies?

Our children are getting sick through no fault of their own.
They are victims of a society that puts profit before health, convenience before nutrition, and fear before facts.

We need to stop obsessing over fringe risks—and start addressing the real public health crisis staring us in the face.

Let’s get our priorities straight. Our kids are counting on us.

Mother’s intuition isn’t a guess.
It’s not a hunch.
It’s a deeply attuned, hard-earned, heart-led awareness that comes from being there—day in, day out.

It doesn’t show up in lab results.
It can’t be measured in a chart.
But it’s one of the most accurate tools we have.

When a mom says something feels off, I listen.
Because time and time again, she’s right.

In a world that often dismisses emotions or anxiety, we need to start recognizing the truth:
Maternal instinct is clinical data.
It deserves respect, not dismissal.

Let’s stop sidelining mothers and start partnering with them—
Because no one knows a child like the one who’s loved them the longest.

The U.S. government has officially removed experts from some of the nation’s most respected medical organizations—including the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association, and Infectious Diseases Society of America—from participating in the workgroups that help shape national vaccine recommendations.

These workgroups have long been the foundation of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), ensuring decisions were informed by real-world clinicians and trusted institutions.

This move is bound to spark outrage and concern across the medical community—raising serious questions about transparency, representation, and the future of vaccine policy.

But here’s the paradox:
🧠 Vaccine hesitancy is at an all-time high.
💔 Trust in public health is at an all-time low.

So the real question is—
👉 Could this move actually help restore public trust?
Or will it backfire by deepening division and reducing alignment between doctors and policymakers?

No matter where you stand, it’s a moment that demands thoughtful reflection, open dialogue, and a commitment to putting truth and trust back at the center of public health.

Let’s talk👇

📉 Kindergarten vaccination rates are now at an all-time low.

And no, the answer isn’t more mandates, more restrictions, or more shame.

Medical decisions must be rooted in informed consent, not fear, coercion, or political force.

If families are walking away, maybe it’s not because they’re misinformed—
Maybe it’s because they’re not being heard.
Because their real concerns are being ignored, dismissed, or silenced.

This data is not just a stat—
It’s a wake-up call.

💬 Not to tighten the screws.
💬 But to open the conversation.
💬 To do what medicine once stood for—listen first.

Because rebuilding trust doesn’t start with a threat.
It starts with respect.

📉 Vaccination rates among kindergarteners are falling.
📈 Exemptions have hit an all-time high.

But let’s go deeper—
The real question is why?

Why are more and more families opting out? Why is trust declining?
Blaming parents won’t get us anywhere.
Mandates are not the answer.
We need to look in the mirror as a system and ask the hard questions:

🔍 Where is the transparency?
🔍 Who is accountable?
🔍 Are safety concerns being fully addressed?
🔍 What about liability?
🔍 Are families being heard, or dismissed?

If trust is eroding, we have to examine the foundation.
Because silencing concern won’t rebuild confidence.

But listening?
That just might.

🚨 BREAKING: Trump to Revive Presidential Fitness Test for Kids 💪🇺🇸

President Trump just announced he will reinstate the Presidential Fitness Test—a program originally created in 1966 to get America’s children active and healthy.

The reboot will also bring back the President’s Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition, to be overseen by HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Their mission? To build a “culture of strength and excellence” in the next generation.

For those who remember, this test used to include:
🏃‍♂️ Running
💪 Pushups or Pullups
🧘 Sit-and-reach flexibility
🧍 Sit-ups
And a fitness award was given to high-performing kids.

In 2012, the test was replaced with a less competitive version focused on “personal wellness” rather than performance. Now, it’s coming back—with some familiar faces and renewed controversy.

👀 Supporters say it’s about time we prioritized real physical health again.
🤔 Critics worry it could be stigmatizing or politically motivated.

Is this the move we need to get kids strong again—or just a throwback to a bygone era?

👇 Drop your thoughts below. Should we bring back the Presidential Fitness Test?

If nature were a drug, it would be on every prescription pad. But because it can’t be patented, it’s often left out of the conversation.

Yet the science is clear:

🌳 Spending just 20 minutes in nature can lower cortisol levels and reduce stress by up to 20%.
☀️ Low vitamin D levels—from lack of sun exposure—are linked to increased risk of respiratory infections, mood disorders, and autoimmune conditions.
🌿 Green space exposure in childhood is associated with up to a 55% lower risk of developing psychiatric disorders later in life.
👣 Touching the dirt has been shown to reduce inflammation, improve sleep, and normalize cortisol rhythms

This isn’t alternative medicine—it’s original medicine.

Before there were pharmaceuticals, there was fresh air, sunshine, soil, and stillness.
And they still work—beautifully.

So yes, if nature were a drug, it would probably be banned for being too effective.

Prescribe it daily.
For you, your kids, and the generations ahead.

No matter where you stand on vaccines…
This conversation should unite us.

Because when a product is mandated or strongly pushed by health authorities, and it ends up harming a child…
That family should never be left to carry that burden alone.

This isn’t about ideology.
It’s about compassion.
It’s about accountability.
It’s about what it means to be human.

You can believe in vaccines and still believe we need a better system to care for those who are harmed.
That’s not anti-anything.
That’s love. That’s justice. That’s medicine at its best.

We can do better.
And we must—for the children and families still waiting for someone to fight for them.

👇 Comment “Substack” and I’ll DM you the link to my full deep dive. If you know someone with autism or severe behavioral concerns, please share this with them.

Did you know there’s a prescription med (that’s basically a supplement) shown in peer-reviewed research to significantly improve certain autism and behavioral symptoms for many who use it?

I’ve been deep in the literature for weeks—and what I’ve found is too important not to share.

This isn’t a product ad. I’m not affiliated. I’m not selling anything. I just believe more parents need to know this exists.

💔 Why is it controversial to improve a system meant to care for the few children who suffer vaccine injuries?

The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) was created to help families. To offer support. To recognize rare but real harm.

Now, even talking about fixing it is labeled an attack on science?

We upgrade medical systems all the time to reflect new data, new needs, and greater transparency. Why is this the one system that’s off-limits?

Wanting a fair, functional, compassionate process isn’t anti-anything. It’s what trust requires.

If we truly care about kids, then we care about all of them—even the ones who don’t respond as expected.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about humanity.

📣 Did you know that vaccine exemptions are now over 3% nationally? It’s a small number of families, but it is steadily growing year over year.

The AAP is calling for the elimination of religious and personal belief exemptions across the country.

But instead of asking how to force compliance… maybe we should ask why so many parents are increasingly hesitant.

What changed?

📉 Trust is crumbling, and mandates won’t fix that.
❌ Censorship won’t restore it either.

If we want to rebuild connection and confidence in medicine, we need:
✅ Research without bias
✅ True transparency
✅ Open, honest dialogue

Let’s stop pointing fingers—and start listening.

The American Academy of Pediatrics is now pushing to eliminate all religious and personal belief vaccine exemptions.

But here’s the problem…

You don’t rebuild trust by removing choice.
You don’t rebuild trust by silencing concerns.
And you definitely don’t rebuild trust with more force.

We’ve been down this road before—COVID mandates, lockdowns, silenced questions.
It didn’t bring people closer to science. It pushed them away.

If we truly care about public health, we have to do better:
✅ More partnership
✅ More listening
✅ More transparency
✅ More humility

Because real health isn’t built on fear or pressure—
It’s built on trust.

What do you think about this move?
