As part of our Let’s Grow Together employee recognition initiative, we are proud to recognize staff who bring Four County Mental Health Center’s core values to life through their daily work. This month, we are honoring employees who exemplify the value of Commitment, our shared dedication to the wellness and quality of life of the individuals, families, and communities we serve, and to the way we support one another across the agency.
Samantha Yeary demonstrates commitment by consistently following through for her clients. She takes extra steps to ensure appointments are kept, barriers like insurance issues are addressed, and clients feel supported, not rushed or forgotten. Her actions reflect a steady focus on client wellness and quality of life, even when it requires additional time, patience, and creativity.
Kim Kennedy exemplifies commitment through her dedication to both clients and the agency. By managing her caseload intentionally, expanding services, providing supervision, and ensuring documentation and care standards are met, she helps protect quality of care while supporting long-term wellness for those we serve.
