We are a full-service day spa located in Lincoln, Nebraska with the dedication to provide high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service and quality products for your health & beauty needs.

Phenomenal Day Spa provides a therapeutic and relaxing experience in a refreshing spa atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for holistic wellness such as massage therapy, skincare, keratin lash enhancement and/or any beauty needs we are here to customize our services to you.

About the Owner:
Phanomvan graduated from ISB as a cosmetologist in 2010 & graduated from Bio Chi Institute as a license massage therapist (LMT) in 2013. Phanomvan is also the Massage Therapy Coordinator & Academic Instructor and a CPR/First Aid Instructor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln working with athletes, faculty & staff. She specializes in Medical QiGong massage which includes TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), MTR (Musculo- Tendonal- Re-education) and structural integration. Phanomvan is currently pursuing a doctorate in Medical QiGong. She seeks to help clients with pain management and educate them in prevention and recovery. Phanomvan is trained in the following massage modalities; Medical QiGong Massage, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Fire Cupping, Hot Bamboo Massage, Tuina, Prenatal, Reflexology, TCM, MTR, Ashiatsu Massage, Amma, Thai Massage, Hakomi Bodywork, PNF Stretching, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Kinesio Tapping, Quantum Touch, Energy Work and Trauma Bodywork.

Phanomvan has a passion for teaching. She offers 5 Elements Qi Gong classes to help with posture, relaxed deep breathing, flowing movement and a basic understanding of mind-body connection to improve body awareness and balance. Other classes she offers include Sound Therapy, Intro to Essential Oils and many Continuing Education Classes.

As a Body Contouring Specialist, Phanomvan is certified in wood & ice therapy, RF skin tightening, body cavitation and non-invasive laser lipo. She strives to help her clients achieve their body goals through body contouring. These services are ideal for post BBL and/or liposuction to maintain maximum results.

With a Cosmetology background of over 10 years, Phanomvan is also a Certified Yumi Lash Technician. She loves to see the amazing results of the natural keratin lash enhancement on her clients. She also enjoys doing facials, waxing, hair extensions, updos and making her own natural products. She’s here to help you look better, live better & feel better.
