🌊 Sound & Voice Recap: Riding the Waves of Change

Last week’s Sound & Voice Activation class was a powerful portal of transformation. We used sound bowls, guided meditation, and vocal activation to explore what change truly means for each of us — not just in theory, but as a sensation that lives in our bodies.

Through movement and intention, we released old reactive patterns and made space to invite change with more grace, curiosity, and alignment. Instead of clinging, detaching, or resisting, we practiced opening to the evolved version of ourselves — the one who rides the wave rather than gets knocked over by it.
