There was an experiment done once with brown and black aunts that were confined inside a jar where they live peacefully with each other until a person came and shook the jar and then they started attacking each other. Black ants against brown ants bc they perceived the other to be the problem, not realizing the person shaking them was the problem. That’s exactly what’s is going on now . The Elite is doing this and people are still falling for it.

This profound bond can make their absence deeply felt. Studies have shown that the bereavement following a pet's death can mirror that of human loss, with some individuals experiencing intense sorrow, guilt, and a sense of emptiness.

However, societal recognition of pet loss grief often falls short, leading many to grieve in isolation without the support typically afforded to those mourning human relatives or friends.

It's crucial to acknowledge and validate the emotions of those mourning a pet, offering empathy and understanding akin to any other form of loss.

Inversion Workshop
Fear is usually lessened when we face it. Most people are afraid of being upside down. This is a great opportunity to conquer that fear. This class will turn your world upside down and help you understand the dynamics of inversions. You will learn preparatory steps to get there, and modifications to strengthen, and open you to allow you to grow at your own pace. You will learn the correct alignment and stacking of the bones. Any time your head is below your heart you are doing an inversion, therefore there will be all types of poses to explore. You will reap the benefits of the inversions by strengthening your heart, and quieting your mind. You can also explore your limits and take your practice to the next level.
Advanced students can have the opportunity to own that pose you have been struggling to master. This will be an all level class, and it will be conducted in a fun and safe environment. Space is limited , make your reservation early to secure your space in the class.
Monica Hornung has been teaching yoga since 1997. She is a licensed massage therapist since 1995 , and she is well trained in anatomy and physiology. She has trained directly under Sri Pattabhi Jois and has attended The ashtanga institute of Mysore India. She will be a gentle yet strong support in your progress and will be able to check your alignment safely.

Rest in peace . I’m in shock of your early passing . You were just one year older than me . I was lucky to have practice with you a couple of times and witness your discipline and dedication. You were always sweet and humble. is not going to be the same without you. Praying for your family and all your that will miss you. I pray that your continues and that we can remember you in our yoga . May the light of the sun shine upon you and your family. It is sad so many young people and athletes have been dying of a heart attack lately. Myocarditis in kids are not normal either. It is a sad day today in the .
