On Wednesday, our clients visited The Margaret Cleveland at Walther Gardens & Nursery. Owner Chris gave us a private tour of various plants, flowers, and an array of beautiful items! This was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a local Baltimore landmark while enjoying snowballs from the country’s oldest snowball stand, established in 1922. Thank you to Hollee from our Training & Engagement team for arranging our exclusive tour, and Chris from The Margaret Cleveland at Walther Gardens & Nursery.

Don’t Forget! Tomorrow is our Hiring Event at the Pointe! We’ll be conducting on-the-spot interviews starting at 1pm until 4pm. We’re looking for experienced Direct Support Professionals and Registered Behavior Technicians. You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, a high school diploma/GED, and be able to pass the pre-employment screenings.

This past Saturday, we got to see our friends at Walking Discovery, Brown on the Spectrum, Zoe's Just Dezzerts, RISE Arts Center of Baltimore, and more! At Itineris, our mission is to support autistic adults in living meaningful lives. It includes dedicated staff to help our individuals recognize and achieve their dreams, including employment, community involvement and engagement, and lifelong learning.

Today, we celebrate Shawn, who just started a weekly volunteer role at We Rock The Spectrum - Baltimore. His work helps ensure a safe, welcoming space where children can learn and play. His journey is one example of how our mission translates into real-world impact.

Shawn’s commitment reminds us that when we create space for individuals to show up fully as themselves, everyone benefits.
