As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, we work to empower people 55 and older with the support they need to stay in the homes they know and love as they age. PACE helps seniors who need nursing home-level care maintain their independence by providing all the medical care and support services they need to continue living comfortably and safely at home.

🇺🇸 We’re so thankful to everyone who joined us for our latest Veterans’ Connection event, "Thriving After Service: A Veteran’s Journey."

MSG (Ret.) Donavon Brent shared an inspiring message of resilience and growth after military service, and Miss Kentucky 2024, Chapel Tinnius, gave a beautiful performance in honor of our veterans.

Both speakers expressed how meaningful it was to be part of an event that supports and uplifts those who served. We’re proud to create space for connection, community, and healing.

Last night’s Care Guide Partners PACE Connection event focused on providing valuable resources and support for area veterans and their families. With 15 veterans and family members in attendance, the event highlighted the importance of community collaboration in ensuring veterans receive the care and assistance they deserve.

A special thank you to Jessica Williams, PACE Program Enrollment and Outreach Manager, for her dedication to bringing together such a strong network of veteran support. Guest speaker Don Barbiea from The Roll Call Foundation shared his deep understanding of the challenges veterans face when navigating the VA system, emphasizing his commitment to helping one person a day—a mission that aligns closely with the work we do at PACE.

We were also honored to have Senator Matthew Deneen of District 10 join us to share his passion for advocating for veterans and improving the systems that serve them. His personal connection to the military community underscored the importance of continued efforts to support those who have served.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event a success.
